We recognize that going to a new church for the first time can be intimidating

and maybe even a little bit scary.

People often wonder: What's it going to be like? Will the people be friendly?

Will I be singled out or embarrassed?

Our answers: "Keep reading," "Yes, absolutely." and "No, we promise!"

We hope you'll join us soon!

A Typical Sunday service

Our Worship Service begins at 10:15 a.m. with a Scripture reading and prayer.

Because music is a wonderful gift from God designed to help us worship acceptably, we spend time in every service singing songs of praise together.

Our worship style seeks to honor the past while being faithful to the Biblical command to "...sing a new song unto the Lord." (Psalm 96) We strive to choose music that engages both the head and the heart while reinforcing the theme of the day's message.

We no longer take an offering by "passing the plate." Instead, we have installed an offering box on the sanctuary wall near the entrance to limit "common touch points" during the pandemic, but as our guest don't feel like you need to contribute. The offering is another form of worship for those who have made Central their church home and are committed to supporting our ministries and missionaries.

Messages: Biblical, practical, relevant

Where the Bible is Central to Life!

Throughout the Scriptures, whenever God's people gather His Word is always proclaimed and explained. Because the Bible is God's revelation to mankind we believe there is no more important pursuit than knowing, understanding and practically applying His Word to our lives for by doing so, we come to know and love our Creator and learn to live in a manner that pleases Him.

Our pastor is committed to "expository preaching" seeking to find God's intended meaning to the original recipients of a biblical text, discovering the underlying timeless principles, and effectively communicating how these truths should impact and affect our lives today.

We strive not to merely acquire knowledge about the Bible, but to let the Living Word of God, empowered by the Holy Spirit make us more and more like Jesus.

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, perfect and pleasing will. (Romans 12:2)
