Senior Pastor: Tom Barron

Pastor Tom has extensive traning in discipleship and vision casting. He has been very successful implementing a well-rounded discipleship ministry in his previous church. This discipleship program is continuing today with a group of disciple-makers in Delaware.

Pastor Tom ia a graduate of Bob Jones University with a Bachelors of Science in Pastoral Studies. He is also a graduate of the Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music in General Ministries. Pastor Barron has further education from the Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary and Calvary Seminary.

In 1983 Pastor Tom married his highschool sweetheart, Kathy. In 1985 they moved to Grand Junction, CO as Minister of Youth and Music. Their first daughter, Esther was born there. While pastoring a church in West Virginia they had their second daughter, Hannah. Esther and Hannah are currently attending Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. Esther is majoring in Graphic Design, while Hannah is majoring in Christian Education.

Pastor Tom has pastored churches in West Virginia, Michigan, South Dakota and Delaware.

Youth Pastor: Aaron Bonner

Aaron came to Central Bible Church in August of 2005 as full time Youth Pastor. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute. He and his wife, Brittany moved to Aurora from Mississippi after the Lord made it clear to them that CBC is where He wanted them. They have two children, Luke and Joel. Aaron and Brittany both love having the opportunity to spend time with the youth and families at CBC as they develop relationships with them. Aaron's desire for the youth ministries at CBC is that our young people have a relationship with Christ and are growing in Him.

Visitation Pastor: Ralph Brooker

Pastor Ralph leads the vital ministry to those in our church family who cannot get to church, who are sick and at home or in the hospital. Pastor Ralph and his lovely wife, Arlene have been attending Central Bible Church for many years, and have watched their children grow up and get married here, as well as some of their grandchildren. Pastor Ralph worked at the Wayside Cross Mission for most of his career. He has walked with the Lord for over fifty years. His story of faith was featured on the Pacific Garden Mission's radio program "Unshackled".

Office Manager: Ruth Mulligan

Ruth and her family have been a part of Central Bible Church for almost 20 years. She and husband Steve have three children, David, Brad, and Marissa. Ruth has been the office manager for 16 years, and in addition to these many responsibilities, Steve and Ruth are foster parents. Ruth leads a Ladies' Bible Study during the school year, and helps out with the TREK (junior high) Awana program. She is also involved in the summer MnM Kids Club on Wednesday nights. Ruth's desire is to see people come to Christ and learn to live for Him daily.
